A: Our uniformed security officers are committed to making your visit with us a pleasant one. They are here to help you with minor inconveniences you may encounter as well as to assist you, and our tenants, in matters of health and safety.
Q: What is the policy regarding solicitation of tenants or guests onChannelside property?
A: Solicitation of any kind is not permitted. In addition, Channelside does not supply contact information for tenants to solicitors.
Q: How do I report a lost child and get assistance in finding him/her?
A: Our security personnel will immediately help whenever a child is reported lost while visiting with us. Please telephone security at 813.368.8511.

A: The great majority of our tenants are always accepting applications for current and future openings. If you know the tenant you would like to work for, visit our jobs page.
Q: What are the best hours to apply for jobs at Channelside?
A: Most tenants are flexible about the hours you can stop by to apply, however, it's probably best to avoid lunch and dinner hours. Mid-afternoons on weekdays are probably your best opportunity to fill out an application and possibly speak with a manager.

A: Handicapped parking spaces can be found on the first level of the parking garage.
Our handicapped guests are encouraged to solicit assistance from our security personnel should they encounter any situation which inhibits their freedom to enjoy visiting Channelside. We are dedicated to making our property a relaxing easy place to spend leisure time.
